Mifa Park 朴 美和
Date of Birth: 1985 Birthplace: Tokyo, Japan Mifa Park graduated from Nihon University's film school with a specialization in directing. While studying there, she created her first film Mikawashima Rock, Paper, Scissors. Her graduation production, Tokyo Arirang went on to debut in festivals both in and outside Japan (Korean Network Film Festival, the Toronto Japanese Short Film Festival, etc.) She went on to create Pain, Pain, Go Away (2013) with Momomatsuri, a collective which produces and screens films made by female directors. Pain, Pain, Go Away was selected for screening at the 35th Annual PIA Film Festival and screened and nominated for the Short Film Competition Award at the Aichi International Women's Film Festival, 2013.
